Selection of Angular contact ball bearing

The selection of angular contact ball bearing should consider working condition and limited space. Working conditions mainly include use environment, precision, speed, force direction and size, and so on. 
High speed, small load generally use non-metal cage; low speed, heavy load use metal cage; High temperature environment use metal cage; medium temperature environment generally use engineering plastic cage; general nylon cage temperature can not exceed 120 degrees.
For ultra-high speed, wear resistance, low temperature rise, long life and high availability environment, hybrid ceramic ball bearings can be used; balls use silicon nitride ceramics. 
If the accuracy of the shaft is high, for example, P4 or P2 bearing is generally used for machine tool spindle; P5 or P4 grade is generally chosen for medium precision, and P0 or P6 grade can be selected for general precision. 
If high rotational speed is required, light series bearings with contact angle of 15 ° should be selected first;2 series or 3 series angular contact ball bearing with 40 °contact angle can be selected if bearing needs to bear big axial load; the angular contact ball bearing with contact angle of 25 °can be selected if the rotational speed and axial load should be taken into account at the same time.

2. Air cleanliness: air filtration accuracy 0.01 micron; 
3. Air dryness: Dew point is +2 ℃; 
4. Inlet gauge pressure in front of bearing nozzle: 2-3 bar; 
5. Oil and gas delivery pipe: inner diameter 2 to 2.5 mm; 
6. The length of oil and gas pipeline: the length should be 1 ~ 4 meters; the helical pipe is favorable for oil storage near the terminal lubricating point.

How to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the motorized spindle?

1. Accurate quantitative oil supply. Adjust the quantity of lubricating oil to the bearing end freely with the range of 5-40mm. 
2. Digital display time setting: can realize the arbitrary setting of oil supply cycle time. 
3. Pressure monitoring: able to monitor oil and gas pressure or gas supply pressure. 
4. Monitoring of oil supply status: because of the small amount of oil supply per unit time of motorized spindle and the interval of oil supply is 3 min-7 mins or more, so the stability test of oil feeding at each lubricating point is an important index. 
5. Bearing chamber pressure: that is, oil and gas pressure should be adjustable to set. 
6. Display and fault feedback: product running state and fault should be displayed with remote feedback functions, such as: high or low gas source pressure fault, low liquid level, oil fault and so on. 
The above points are the guarantee to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the motorized spindle. Therefore, the selection of oil-gas lubrication products should be careful.

How to distinguish ZYS low speed bearing and high speed bearing?

High and low speed bearings are generally defined with linear speed rather than rotational speed. The speed of high speed bearings must reach the speed requirement of over 60 meters per second, so small bearings may be tens of thousands of turns, but they are not high speed bearings; very large bearings may only have hundreds of turns per minute, but they are high speed bearings, because their linear speed is high. In sliding bearings, hydrostatic bearings, hydrodynamic bearings and pneumatic dynamic bearings are suitable for high speed rotation. Low speed generally use rolling bearings, and high-speed generally use general sliding bearings.
If we must distinguish the high and low speed bearings from the appearance, we can see the following two points: 
  1. The high speed bearing is more accurate than the low speed bearing, and its surface roughness is small. The intuitive difference is that the surface of the high speed bearing is more smooth than the low speed bearing, and the clearance between the outer ring and the inner ring of high speed bearing is smaller.
