Automatic Bearing Vibration Measuring Instrument


Bearing Vibration reflect the overall quality of bearing, it will directly influence the performance of bearing. Therefore strict inspection on bearings must be executed in order to secure the quality of bearings. Existed bearing vibration inspecting instrument only caters for the inspection for single bearing. In order to satisfy the developing requirement of the inspection of full range of bearing, our company has developed the highly efficient automatic bearing vibration inspection instrument based on our pre-existed multi-functional bearing vibration measuring instrument.



The automatic bearing vibration measuring instrument majorly consists of mechanical system, testing system, pneumatic control system and electric control system. The instrument is highly efficient and facilitates the function of automatic vibration measuring for both side of deep groove ball bearing and automatic categorization of bearings in terms of vibration value. The automatic bearing vibration measuring instrument is suitable for the application of workshop floor.



Characteristics

l  The mechanical system major consists of frame, double-work station shaft system, automatic infeed and outfeed mechanism and automatic loading equipment.

l  The control and measuring of the machine are carried out by industrial computer, PLC, sensor and signal conversion circuit.

l  Applies anti-interference mechanism: the machine utilizes low-noise component and adopt specialized electric matching and manufacturing techniques, in order to secure the reliability of the operation of measuring system.

l  Multi-parameter measuring, parameters used for analyzing the vibration of bearing consists of vibration (acceleration type)’s mean square root and peak value, peak factor as well kurtosis. And the instrument also facilitate the function of the multi-parameter analysis of the vibration’s time-frequency domain based on the stored measuring data.

l  Incorporate viral instrument technology, the displayed data is direct, precise and good in terms of repetitiveness; the operating interface is easy to operate.

l  The machine is two phase controlled with industrial PC and PLC, the machine has great anti-interference performance.

XM200 surface profile measuring instrument Performance



ZYS surface profiler is used to do surface profile measurements, including surface geometry and macro geometry for many kinds of mechanical parts,such as groove radius,convexity,roughness,etc.
Features
• X direction used high-precision guide rail for line to move benchmarks, the move distance of guide rail is measured by grating technology.
• Z direction column also used high-precision slide rail and encoders for measurement, the ball screw system is driven by the motor.
• Roughness and profile measurements. With workbench it can measure three-dimensional surface profile, the system can be used standalone, flexible and convenient.
• Measuring software is WINDOWS platform, using the latest domestic standard definition, complete mathematical model.
• A variety of adjustable workbenches, such as rotary workbench, V-type platforms etc. Users can freely choose according to need.
• More measuring parameters such as: linearity, curvature deviation, two grooves bearing various parameters, parallel deviation, height etc. It can also measure surface profile of the mechanical, roughness in strict accordance with domestic standards.
