ZYS bearing steel

ZYS has made many China national and industrial standards for bearing steels, such as High Carbon Chromium Bearing Steel, High Carbon Chromium Bearing Steel Specification for Military Use,High Carbon Chromium Bearing Steel Wire, High Carbon Chromium Bearing Steel Seamless Tube, Stainless Bearing Steel Specification, etc. Our main products include GCr4、G8Cr15、GCr15SiMo and such high carbon chrome bearing steels, 7Cr14Mo new type stainless bearing steels, S2 impact resistance bearing steel. 

ZYS precision angular contact ball bearing

ZYS precision angular contact ball bearings consist of high-precision angular contact bearings (standard series),super high-speed angular contact ball bearings,high-speed sealed angular contact ball bearings and high-speed spindle bearings.The inner ring,outer ring and rolling elements of bearing under normal working conditions are made of high carbon chromium bearing steel.To meet the special requirements,such as super high speed,wear-resisting,low temperature rising,long life and high reliability etc.,it’s suggested to use hybrid ceramic ball bearings.ZYS precision hybrid bearings with ceramic ball (HQ1) can significantly improve the speed,rigidity,reliability,and productivity of machine tools,and greatly reduce the friction heat,then extend the service life of host machine etc.Spindles also play an important role in improving the production efficiency and machining quality.Up to now,ZYS has developed 8 groups,20 series and more than 200 varieties of high-frequency spindles.The rated speeds are from 1,500r/min to 150,000r/min.High-speed precision bearings and air static pressure bearings are used as main support.Lubrications include grease,oil mist,oil gas,etc.

ZYS Wind power bearing

In 2001,ZYS was China’s first company to undertake the project of “Main bearings development of large and medium size wind turbine generator system” from National Ministry of Science and Technology.Due to this project,ZYS acquired the core technology and intellectual property in designing,manufacturing and testing the yaw bearing,pitch bearing,wind leaves bearing,gearbox,and generator bearing in wind turbine system.
We have developed a professional group in wind turbine bearing design,property analyses,manufacturing and testing.Cooperating with Xi'an Jiaotong University,we cultivated China’s first postdoctor in the major of wind power generator bearing and exploited the integrated design and analysis software that can conduct load spectrum analysis of wind turbine generator bearing,stress analysis,design verification of key structural parameters,calculation of effective hardened layer depth and the verification of gear and bolt strength,etc.
ZYS wind turbine generator bearings have reached international advanced level.Up till now,we have applied many national patents in wind turbine generator bearings,such as “Slewing bearing for 1.0MW wind turbine generator”,“Slewing bearing for 1.5MW wind turbine generator”,“Self-lubricating cage for slewing bearing”,“Three-row roller combination slewing bearing with long life and high load capacity”,and “Intelligent wind turbine generator bearing based on object net” etc.In particular,the exclusive patent of “Intelligent wind turbine generator bearing based on object net” can realize remote monitoring,fault warning and trouble shooting to wind turbine generator system.

ZYS Service on metal material inspection

We undertake many physical and chemical inspections, including heat treated structure evaluation of bearing parts, the inspections on the depth and hardness of surface deteriorative layer, magnetic particle inspection, retained austenite inspection, contact fatigue life test, etc.

ZYS Si3N4 ceramic ball

Silicon nitride ceramic (Si3N4) is a new kind of bearing material with several good features, it possesses high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation, non-magnetism, high strength, low density and other features. In the application of bearing, it possesses low friction, low temperature rise, high rigidity, low centrifugal force and other features. It can implement high speed, high precision, high temperature, high rigidity, corrosion resistance and other good features.
Silicon nitride ceramic ball with high precision and high performance  is manufactured by  spray-drying process, near-net-shape, cold isotatic pressing, GPS-HIP combined sintering, compounded abrasive lapping process effectively. The precision grade of it is G5, the materials class is I.

ZYS Automobile bearing

ZYS automobile bearings include tapered roller bearings,cylindrical roller bearings,deep groove ball bearings and angular contact ball bearings,among which clutch bearings and the hub bearings units of the first,second and third generation are mainly used to gear box,axles,transmission system and other parts of all kinds of automobiles.We have conducted thorough research on wheel hub bearings,clutch release bearing,constant velocity cardan joint,gear box bearings and etc.
